• "Err" Message - We've observed that certain users are achieving both flat and level measurements yet encountering an "Err" message. The 24-inch digital level available in stores primarily measures along the X and Y axes, functioning as a two-dimensional measuring tool. The measurement surface is located on the silver magnetic aluminum base. If the measuring surface is incorrectly positioned, an "Err" will be displayed.
