The 40-bin unit is constructed of all-welded, prime cold-rolled steel for durability and strength. The 1-1/8" bin fronts are fully hemmed, allowing for the easy attachment of labels and the secure retention of parts. The roll-formed sides contribute to the overall stability and structural integrity of the unit.

To further enhance the strength and stability, the dividers are ribbed and hemmed, providing additional support. The newly redesigned slope shelves offer a convenient and organized storage solution.

The modular design of the unit allows for compatibility with most 12" deep bins and drawer cabinets, with mounting holes conveniently located on both the top and bottom. Optional doors, bases, and bin labels are available, allowing for customization to suit individual needs.

Finished in a durable gray powder coat, the unit ships fully assembled, ensuring a hassle-free installation process. Each individual bin measures 4" in width, 4-1/2" in height, and 11-7/8" in depth, providing ample storage space for a variety of parts and materials.
