The remote has three modes: vibration, static shock, and beep. The vibration and static shock modes are adjustable from 0-99 levels, while the beep mode is fixed and cannot be adjusted. The receiver has an on/off key, where "bee~" indicates turning on, and "bee bee~" indicates turning off.
To connect the remote control and receiver, first wake up the remote by clicking any button. Select Channels 1-3, and press the + or - key to adjust the level above 01. Then, press the receiver's power button for 3 seconds until you hear a "BEE" sound and the indicator light flashes. Quickly press the vibration or shock button within 10 seconds after the "BEE~" sound, and you will hear another "BEE" sound, indicating successful pairing.
For multiple receivers, select different channels for pairing.
The receiver is IP67 waterproof, meaning it can function even when the dog is swimming, in the rain or snow, and during bathing. However, the remote control is not waterproof.
The collar is suitable for dogs over 10 lbs with a neck size of 8-29 inches, which includes dogs over 80 lbs. It is useful for large and strong dogs, but not for aggressive dogs.
The remote can control up to 3 collars, allowing you to train each dog individually. However, you cannot delete Channel 3; you can only tune it to be the same as Channel 2.
When using the vibration mode, trim the dog's long, thick hair, but do not shave it, and use the extended contact point to approach the neck. The static shock should always be the last resort, and it is not recommended for young dogs.
The package includes 2 receiver collars, allowing you to train 2 dogs simultaneously. The collars are IP65 waterproof, and the transmitter and receivers have rechargeable Li-Po batteries that can be charged together using the provided USB cable.
The remote has a control range of 1640ft, allowing you to keep your dogs under control. The collar's adjustable soft nylon length ranges from 18cm to 65cm, suitable for medium and large dogs weighing 8 lbs or more.
The Heaflex remote shock collar is designed to build better communication between you and your dogs, not for punishing them. The package includes the remote transmitter, 2 receiver collars, a user manual, a charging cable, 2 test lights, and 4 rubber covers.
